This creative design studio brings together an exuberant blend of design, art, music, gastronomy and mixology through an experiential platform for tastemakers, opinion leaders and whisky lovers to share the Chivas spirit of luxury and 'exuberant creativity.'
The Hong Kong event follows the resounding successes of the New York, Miami, and Madrid Chivas Studios. The Scotch whisky producer has consistently proved themselves to be the brand that promotes designers and artists, challenges traditional conventions, and is embraced by A-list celebrities.
Chivas Regal, the well-known Scotch whisky producer, handpicked eminent global and regional artists as their 'whisky ambassadors' will perform or reveal their inimitable, custom creations for Chivas Studio. British-born, Hong Kong-based, award-winning designer Michael Young will unveil the Chivas Fireworks Design Bar and Chivas 18Y.O. Shanghai Tang Luxury Barrel Bar Trunk. Wing Shya, Greater China's most celebrated fashion photographer, will unveil a new series of art photography, tailor-made for Chivas in his signature, cinematic style together with his first solo Art Photography exhibition in Greater China, "Prevation : a Manga Story". DJ and street artist Ge-ology will blend music, fashion and art in a dramatic live performance, using fashion as canvas. Rocking the three-day studio will be legendary lyricist and rap god, NYC-based Pharoahe Monch, prominent DJ GE-OLOGY, and famous French VJ Maotik.
